Paul Pangaro

Mark Lambertz is a German consultant and author specializing in organizational development and cybernetics, with a focus on the Viable System Model. He co-founded anyMOTION GmbH, a new media agency, and served as a managing partner from 1995 to 2015.
Post-2015, he has been a Senior Agile Coach and Organizational Development expert for companies like Commerzbank, RWE, Innogy, and BNP Paribas. Lambertz has also lectured on Corporate Governance and Project Management at Mediadesign Hochschule für Design und Informatik in Düsseldorf.
His publications include “Freedom and Responsibility for Intelligent Organizations” (2016), “The Intelligent Organization” (2018), and co-authored works like “Better Decisions with Red Teaming” (2019), “Responsible Leadership in a Complex World” (2019), and “Leading by Weak Signals” (2023).
Since 2019, he has held various roles at METRO AG, including Agile & OKR Master at METRONOM GmbH, Agile Coach & Operational Program Lead at METRO digital, and as Head of Digital Touchpoints & eCRM at METRO AG.
Currently he is employed a Robert Bosch GmbH as a Viable System Model expert and is supporting various strategic initiatives and projects in the mobility sector of Bosch.
